HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

No lights will turn on.  I have tried unplugging the printer and pushing the power button and then plugging back in.  The outlet DOES work with other electronics.  Is there a power module I can replace for this printer?  Where can I find this information?  Or is it time for me to get a new printer?

Hello

As i understood  the printer is not getting the power. it could be becuase of the Following

> Power Supply (cord ) and adapter

>internal board ( PCA )

iIsaw you have already performed the power Cycle, ensure the to check the status of the power Button (on/off).

If it coming off, you can possible try to replace  the  power cord and supply( adapater). you can also check if the printer does make some sound at startup or check if there is adapate it does get heated with time.

To order part you need to visit to h part surferhttp://partsurfer.hp.com/

If the printer is older than 3-4 year it would be better to concider to upgrade or trade with hp (printer) by contact hp sales or support for Trade option (if availble ) in my personal opinon but the final call is on your side.

thanks
