Does not work again, it's again printing in black/white.
I tried ti uninstall the software, but had problems uninstalling. I then used an MS-Uninstall-Helper to remove the software. That worked, but now I can't reinstall the Software. I always get an error 2753.
I tried many suggestions, but nothing worked for me. Can you help me please?
THank you!
regards,
Christian

This is what I did. I didn't try to uninstall software again. I went to "install new printer." My printer showed up and I chose that and continued to install. That made the menu come back.
Download something like "complete drivers" not the smart something or app. That made the color come back.
My printer has worked for a month - very happy.

Forgot to mention - usually have to run scan doctor to get computer and printer to talk to each other. When I just try to print at first, it says "offline." Run scan doctor then go to print document as usual.

I did this and I really need to print in color. Can you just tell me what other printers accept 63 INK? I have to go buy a new printer but I jsut paid $79 for new ink so I don't want to lost that $$$ because my printer won't print in color.
Please help I have done everything! It will print the test page in blue but not my documents!

I would try to sell the ink on Craigslist. When purchasing another printer, I would recommend doing some analysis first. I was told that if you buy an inkjet printer, you should use it every week. This ink can dry out before it's empty and you're stuck having to buy another cartridge when you're not out of ink - it's just dried up. If you're not going to print on a regular basis, I'm told laserjet is the way to go. More upfront costs, but toner lasts.
Did you read the response that I posted on how I finally got mine to work?
