Mac Book Pro 2019 with Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.1.
Printer is HP Officejet 5200.
I can print only black and white. I had look at support pages and here:
I was told to select color printing for the drop down menu.
But I don't find that color-selection from the menu. Where is that and how can I select that?
Pls update also the instructions.

Arto

Hi, thanks for your help. I just noticed that I can see printer twice in the Printing - Destination menu: First one is printing in colour and the second one only B & W. I try to include screen shot here.

@ArtoArto, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print in color from your Mac. To assist you better,
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- Try making a standalone color copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check for any software updates on Mac
Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Check the ink levels, clean the color ink cartridge up to 2 times, and print a test page to check the result.
Note: Remove the black ink cartridge before cleaning the color ink cartridge to save black ink.
There is no 'color section' in the drop-down menu. But, make sure the black and white box is not checked as shown in the attached image in your post.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
