Hi all,

 

My HP Officejet 5258 is experiencing a smearing issue. I have tried aligning the cartridges and performing all the cleaning procedures provided by the printer itself, but still no luck. I have included a scanned photo below. Your insights and help will be appreciated.

I see that you are facing cartridge issues.

 

To isolate the issue, I would request you to elaborate the defect you are referring to.

I have requested a new cartridge from HP instant ink, but the problem still persist even installing a new cartridge.
