Officejet 5255 printer won't print from Dell XPS laptop but will print from iPhone and directly from the printer touchscreen. As soon as I hit print on laptop, a popup instantly appears saying "Error printing. Printer couldn't print [document name]"; no specific error number is given. Recently changed router SSID name but updated it on printer, laptop, and phone. Pretty sure I've printed since changing name. Have tried deleting and reloading driver and HP software; ran HP Print and Scan Doctor and other troubleshooters multiple times; deleted and reinstalled printer multiple times; reset printer to factory defaults; used wireless setup wizard to reconnect to router.
