Product: HP Officejet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Officejet 5255 only prints in black and white. 

Where is the option for color?Where is the option for color?

 

 

I solved this issue by uninstalling the printer and then reinstalling the printer. 
I can't thank HP for any help dealing with this issue.
