The HP Officejet 5258 wireless printer is displaying error code:
0XC4E8004
HW_MICC12_V12
Did the reset by unplugging the power cable from the printer and the outlet and waiting 60 secs but that didn't fix the issue.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks.

Welcome to HP support community.
Is the printer connected to the wall outlet directly?
If not, power reset the printer and connect the power cable directly to the wall outlet.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
- Turn on the printer.
If the printer display comes on, update the firmware.
