Hi @DFisher19 ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error codes you're encountering on your HP Officejet 5610 indicate a problem with the printer's internal firmware. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer.
- Disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer.
- Wait for about a minute.
- Reconnect the power cable and turn on the printer.
Update Firmware:
- Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer on the HP support website.
- If there is, download and install the latest firmware following the instructions provided by HP.
Remove and Reinstall Cartridges:
- Turn off the printer.
- Open the printer cover and remove the ink cartridges.
- Close the printer cover.
- Disconnect the power cable.
- Wait for a minute.
- Reconnect the power cable.
- Reinstall the ink cartridges.
- Turn on the printer.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the paper path. Open the printer and check thoroughly.
Hard Reset:
- Turn off the printer.
- Disconnect the power cable.
- Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cable.
- Turn on the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
