Microsoft Windows 11

I have looked up the Q&A here and elsewhere on line to figure out what to do next.  No matter what I try, I just get the message about it being a printer or ink failure.  I cannot get to the control panel on my printer to check the printheads so that is the only thing I haven't tried.  I cannot get past the message that says printer or ink failure, etc.  I changed 2 of the ink cartridges in March and the other 2 in October so I really don't think I'm out of ink (I haven't used this printer that much).  Is there any other way I can check the print heads or do I just need to replace this printer?
