After paper jamming ...receive error message #0x610000f6.  Have tried power off/on; have tried unplugging power cord from printer; repluggged diretly to wall socket; there are no obstacles, no paper jams, etc.  The cartridge tray slides easily right-to-left and back again.  It will not stop in the middle as if to replace cartridges.  It slides freely back to right side and goes through the test process,  Continue to recieve the same error code message refrenced above

I see that the printer is in an error state and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. 

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Thank you very much for welcoming me . Yeah i really tried, but i saw the same issue to someone in here yet it was resolved through the "Advanced reset " which was the procedures sent to him privately and it wonderfully worked so i was hoping to be assisted in the same way please...

@TEJ1602 Thank you very much...after going through the document and trying the solutions...it has really worked now my printer is working but it now shows a message "The Automatic Paper feeder jammed" . It keeps on displaying that message no matter how i try to reset it or clean inside printer...no paper has jammed though inside the printer...Any solution please....
