Hi,
I am also having the exact same issue(HP Officejet 6700 Premium Printer Failure) which is reported in this ticket - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-Officejet-6700-Premium-P...
Tried all the recommended solutions and suggestions but no luck. I am simply getting the below error message always and there is no other option come out of this message.
Printer Failure : There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists contact HP.
I have replaced the ink cartridges with brand new but there is no luck. Already spent $100 to buy new cartridges can't spend more money just for testing the ink issue or catridges.
It would be a really great if you can help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Thanks
Muni

@Kasaram1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print due to this error. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors
If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer as you have already changed the ink cartridges. If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
