Product: Officejet 6700 Premium All in One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have gone through all the trouble shooting and rebooting steps.  I used the HP diagnostics, updated all the software, and it keeps looping me back to "unplug and restart".  

 

The printer was working fine.  It printed one job and then when it went to do the next it simply failed.   Ther is plenty of ink and there are no paper jams... Is there an online remote tech support option available, or do I have to send it in to get serviced?

Since the printer is out of warranty there will be a fee to talk to a HP support person.
