I've read the old threads of people with the same problem and tried a new black cartridge as well.  I also believe that my issue of not printing any black began after installing new color cartridges.  What can I do?  My warranty was out a few months ago. I need this for work!

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you able to make a copy in black?

No it won’t copy or print at all in black. I’ve gone through every single suggestion in the article twice and still nothing!  Terrible. Have also tried TWO BRAND NEW INK CARTRIDGES at expensive prices and nothing!  Any other suggestions?  I haven’t used the printer for 6 months as I am a snowbird. Effectively the printer is under a year old for me but clearly just out of warranty. What can you do for me?!
