Product: hp office jet 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get blinking message on the printer "Please turn off printer then turn on".  Error 'B847B084".  I tried to shut it down and unplug it but it is still giving the same error. Any ideas?

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
