HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

HP Officejet 9010 work printer won't let me print in black ink only, all 4 cartridges were depleted, replaced black ink catridge 962XL for a original HP one, it detects it as full, however no way to clear depleted message for 3 other cartridges. Tried filling yellow cart with ink as youtube instructions say should work, printer still detects colored ink cartridge as empty. Tried rebooting, resetting, always keep cartridge in memory (see attached picture)

Tried to contact support and they charge 20$ for a simple ink cartridge question.

I just want a clear answer as to if I can't refill the cartridges, because I should be able to, and why it is not detecting it as full. How do I remove or reset that damned useless memory (see picture attached) - as I think this is what is not permitting me from printing more - 0 pages remaining.

Already spent over 100$ of supplies to try to get this working and now I would need to spend another 100 to have brand new cartridges because you won't me fill them myself?

This is ridiculous, I can't recall how many times I've had issues like this with HP. Product design is overall just bad and you can tell they are trying to suck as much money as possible out their customers.

Waste of time.

If someone knows a solution, thanks.
