Hi all - got a fantastic printer here, but in recent times it has stopped printing colour properly. Either connected to a computer or by itself. I've tried both an oem cartridge, and a compatible one, and it only prints magenta (and black) - same behaviour with both. It has no print heads, just the cartridge interface. Is this a printer software problem? Cannot figure this one out. Thanks.

If the printer is not printing colours property by itself like a demo page or colour copy then it's a printer issue, nothing software related. Smells like bad colour ink cartridge, check the date on them, if  are expired forget about printing all colours with them
