I've recently purchased new 951XL cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro 3600 Plus. The new color cartridges (3) are Z10's and the old were Z20's. going thru all the recent issues with the regionalization, looks like I need a regionalization reset. I assume the current 950XL Z20 black cartridge is also going to have to be replaced even though it's 3/4 full. Can you please send me the reset instructions.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
