The printer is printing gray in peach and blue in pink.  I have tried cleaning the print heads on all 3 levels, then aligning, then even cleaning the contacts and I still have the same problem.  I have wasted hundreds of dollars in replacement ink and paper trying to fix this to no avail.  😞

If you have already performed the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
