Hi 

 

I am getting the above error message.  The printer was printing fine last night and now I get a blue screen with the message.  I can't do anything with the printer.  I have unplugged it and waited a few minutes to restart it and nothing.

 

Could someone please help on this as I am doing work at the moment and need to print.
