I have not used this printer for a while.

Bought new set of INK, and tried to print, it does the whole process but page comes blank

Then disconnect from USB, and triggered from Front Controls to print a Diagnostic Page, and it starts but it prints a blank page.

Tubes are full of ink, clear contacts on Print Head, the Mac Diagnostic says all OK, still prints a blank paper.

I even did the PRIME process, same thing.

Thanks is advance for the help

Take a look at this HP support doc.

The ink has dried in the printheads.

Thanks for the reply.

I am familiar with the documents, is the one that give the idea to prime the printheads.

I guess my option is to exchange for new print heads?
