HP Officejet Pro 8025 Printer not working. Use Setup cartridges that came with printer displayed. We do not have the original ink cartridges. We bought new HP ink cartridges and had been working, then after moving the printer to a different office, the printer randomly displays "Use Setup[ cartridge's that came with printer".
Please advise or send a new set of setup cartridge's.
Sincerely,
Robert W.

It seems that your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Printer is requesting the setup cartridges, which can occur if the printer detects it isn't fully initialized. Here are steps you can take to address this issue:
Check Cartridge Compatibility: Make sure the new HP ink cartridges are exactly compatible with the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 model.
Reset the Printer:
- Try unplugging the printer while it is on, then wait for a minute before plugging it back in.
- Restart the printer to see if it resolves the issue.
Reinstallation: If possible, try reinstalling the printer software and perform another setup process:
- Go to 123.hp.com for software and installation guidance.
Ink Cartridge Troubleshooting: Remove and reinsert your current cartridges:
- Turn on the printer and open the ink cartridge access door.
- Wait for the carriage to become idle, then carefully remove and reinsert each cartridge to ensure they are secure.
- Close the door and check if the error persists.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
