Welcome to the HP Community Forum - we are a community of HP enthusiasts!
It appears that your printer is not eligible.
HP Connected - Instant Ink > FAQ > Is my printer eligible for HP Instant Ink?
I also checked the datasheet for your printer and did not find any indication of Instant Ink support.
Time for a shiny new HP printer?

Somebody knows why?
It has the same cartridges of Officejet 8610 (950 951), can be connected to HP eprint, and all its features seem to be the same.
Do you know how it is possible to ask directly to HP support (actually, I called them, and they told me that I could do it, selecting the Officejet 8610 model, but in the procedure the recognition of the printer is automatised, using the printer unique code...

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,
Looks like you have an issue enrolling your printer into the Instant ink program.
Could you please share the Printer model number(Product number) and the region from where you purchased this printer.
As this will help me in further assisting you.
Eagerly waiting for your response!
Thank you 🙂

Thanks for the details,
After reviewing your post, I did try to check and found that 8600 is not listed in the eligible printers.
Hence I'm afraid you will not be able to go ahead and enroll your printer. Here's the screenshot.
I hope this information helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help you.
Take care and have a great day!
Thank you 🙂

Yes, I already looked at the list on the site.
I also noted that the cartridges udes by my printer are the same of some printers on the list.
I also called the Italian Support (from Serbia) and they told me to try to enroll in the service, but, as I have to write in the Printer code, I cannot go to the end of the procedure.
I cannot understand why, as my printer can be connected to ePrint, and has the same cartridges of some printers listed in the program, I cannot enroll it...
Thanks
