Looks like there is no "fixing" this problem. Either a design flaw or a plan by HP to sell new printers every year.

i tried everything and it still say  missing  printerhead missin

Seems to be a common problem. Mine does exactly the same thing. It usually starts with an erroneous message about a non-existent paper jam. Then the "MIssing or failed pinthead" message is displayed. I eventually get the printer working by switching off and then back on again but this is very frustrating. And HP don't seem to have a solution.

Engineered obsolescence.

I have taken the printer ink things out and put them back in a couple of times.

No one has touched the printer and it was used a couple of days ago.

I can not do anything with it, it won't even run the head cleaner.

3. Error message (if any)

• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
