HP Officejet Pro 8610
I'm getting same error that many others have posted: Missing or Failed Printhead, and I've read through all offered solutions. I tried using a printhead from another printer (same model) but it didn't work. I also tried:
- Resetting printer by unplugging for > 60 seconds while printer was turned on.
- Checked and confirmed that I'm on latest firmware.
- Reseated printhead and cartridges.
The only thing I haven't tried yet is a "semi-full reset". A previous post said that the instructions were specific to the printer, and the HP employee who offered the solution sent a PM to the user with specific instructions. Can I get those instructions for my printer please.
