Our office printer isn't showing up on any of the previously connected devices. The internet is connected and showing as "excellent" yet it isn't appearing either on Windows or Mac. I have uninstalled the HP set up and re-installed on the mac but now it isn't appearing on there either, I've also reset the printer & scanner settings on mac & reset both the network settings on the printer and the printer itself. All diagnostic tests are coming back fine, only I'm not able to connect to either of the printers EWS URLs.

@tallgecko, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- How far is the printer located from the WiFi router?
- Make sure the printer and the MAC are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
- Also, check with your Internet service provider if your router is able to forward 'Bonjour packets'.
Printing a Network Configuration Page and check the details, share the same on your next post.
-
On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon
, and then touch the Settings icon
.
-
Touch Print Reports, and then touch Network Configuration Page.
