HP Recommended

I have an 8610 connected to home Wi-Fi.  I can print to it from my Wi-Fi connected Windows 10 computer.  However, I can't print from my Samsung Galaxy S9+ Android 9 phone on the same Wi-Fi network.  I've tried the HP Smart app and  the HP Print Service Plugin app on the phone, but cannot find the printer.

Suggestions?

HP Recommended

Solved my problem--turn off phone's VPN (or make HP Smart a VPN exception).  All is well now.
