Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

I get the error code:   0xc19a0040  

 

Tried the following:

  • Take printer head out / in a couple of times
  • Take cartridge out / in a couple of times
  • Checked for latest firmware

Prinbter has only printed 3700 pages!

 

I assume next step is for a replacement printer head.    Any way to get a printer head which is ecenomic?   

 

Really don't want to replace the whole printer as would be really destructive from an environmental point of view and seems the wrong thing to do.
