I received the following Printer Failure Message: "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on, if problem persists, contact HP." I tried this multiple times, but just kept getting the same message. There was no error code provided in the message. I noticed that the Ink Cartridge Status said the Cyan has an "Ink Sensor Failure." I replaced that cartridge with a new HP Cyan Cartridge, but I keep getting the same message. Please help me to resolve this problem. Thank you.

I understand that you are facing issues with the Printer Failure.
If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Printer Failure' Error: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Hello Elohi_NR,
Thank you for your reply! I believe my problem is due to a defective printhead. I ordered a HP NA/LA WHALER REPLACEMENT KIT (CR321A) - CR322A, but have not yet received it. I will let you know if this fixes the problem.
Thanks again for your welcomed support,
@maxwelton
