I have the issue. I have completed several hard resets and the problem reoccurs everytime. Please advise. This is my 4th 8000 series printers and this never happened before. Very frustrated that this has been happening for over 4 weeks now.

Hello, can you please send me that "private" message also? I have a HP 8740 that seems to go asleep and we have to jump through all kinds of hoops to get it to work. I can't run the firmware updates either. Keep getting the message that this feature has been disabled.  Any assistance will be appreciated.
