I connect an All-in-One computer from Dell to my ethernet network in my home. I have two HP printers that are both plugged into the network and added to my AIO. For a year and a half, no issues. Now, one of the printers, my Officejet Pro 9010 will not print documents. I can scan, fax, and copy, but when I send something to it from the computer, it makes a sound like it is trying to print, but does not print.
If I plug my laptop into the network, it prints to both printers, which I think narrows it down to either the software that spools and sends the item to print to the printer, or the software in the HP printer that receives it. Curiously, for some reason when I remove the printer from the AIO, and all of its software, and then reinstall. it is continually asking me to connect by Wifi. Eventually I work through it, but somehow that seems to me to be related to the issue.
I have checked the spooler software with no indicated errors.
Any thoughts?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Follow steps from the link: Click here
Root level uninstall and reinstall printer drivers:
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Officejet printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
To reinstall, click here.
- If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall printer Basic drivers from the link: Click here
- If the issue still continues, install using the Windows Built-in Print Driver: Click here
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
