Printer has blinking lights and displays this number/letter sequence:
B305DFF9
We are unable to print until we shut it down and restart. We can then only print for up to 15-20 mins before those numbers appear and then it won’t print until we shut down and restart. Very frustrating!

I understand the printer displays this error intermittently.
As you are able to bypass this error after a power reset, let us try this:
Go to Setup > Tools > Restore to factory defaults
Check for any jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely.
If the error persists, let us perform a semi-full reset.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I am an HP Employee
