I have been using my printer for two years with no problems at all, Today while using it, it started making a clicking noise and saying there is a carriage Jam, to open the carriage door and clear any paper jam. The carriage will not move from the right side at all.  I have gone through all the steps to clear the carriage path and to reset the printer. It is now out of warranty and I am not sure of my options. Having had HP printers for about 25 years, I have heard that awful clicking but heretofore  have been able to manually move carriage and change printheads or whatever was needed.

Can you please help me solve this problem or provide service options?  THANKS MUCH!
