A reset of the printer will not resolve the 83C0000B error on your Officejet Pro 9020e series printer.

 

It is my understanding that HP teams are working to address the blue screen error affecting a number HP OfficeJet Pro 9020e series printers. HP is recommending customers experiencing the error contact the customer support team for assistance at https://support.hp.com.  

 

I just escalated your case to a moderator and you should be assisted by the HP Support team.
