Product: HP LaserJet P3005d Printer
Operating System: Linux

My HP P3005d is showing 'Stopped or Off' when it is ON using Linux Mint 20.3
I HAVE been able to force it into 'Idle' mode if I restart the computer or turn the power to the printer off & on .
But I DON'T know if it also switches to 'idle' (which ofc allows the printing to occur) by simply 'waiting' a certain amount of time and by doing so it 'times out' of the 'off' mode.
I am quite perplexed.

So, if anyone can shed any light on this, it would be greatly appreciated!
