HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

This operating system is updated to Windows 11 version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3737).

I ran latest HP print and scan doctor -  no good.

I reinstalled drivers from latest download and HP Smart - no good - AGAIN DO NOT  RE-SUGGEST AND ONCE AGAIN RE-SUGGEST A THIRD TIME TO UNISTALL AND DELETE ALL THE CURRENT HP SOFTWARE DRIVERS, FOLDER DATA, AND REGISTRY DATA ONLY TO REBOOT AND REINSTALL THAT AGAIN WITH THE SAME MOST RECENT INSTALLER - THAT WILL NEVER WORK HERE ON THIS ERROR!

Reinstalling and Erasing all Windows 11 and Data on the first drive is NOT an option - IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THIS I WAS TOLD TO DO THIS FROM THE ARTICLE POSTED AT https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-Deskjet-2676-doesn-t-pri....

I do keep regular full image backups for my first drive, but this issue first started many years long before I started keeping full image backups of the first drive - THIS MAKES RESTORING FROM A BACKUP FULL IMAGE NOT POSSIBLE AS I WAS ALSO TOLD TO DO IN THE PREVIOUS QUOTED DRIVER RELATED PRINT FILTER PIPELINE SERVICE ERROR ARTICLE.

All Windows 11 client PCs on this network cannot print but scan works fine on all machines - NO NETWORK ISSUE REPORTED BY HP PRINT AND SCAN DOCTOR.

This older HP 5530 ENVY Prints half of a page and then deletes the printing job ERROR access denied and memory corruption messages using printfilterpipelinesvc.exe inside Windows 11 Event Viewer. What happened, and what can I do to fix this?

I require that a fix or an update be released to address this access denied and memory corruption reported errors.

Thank you for actually helpful help - kindly do not re-offer steps that do not and will not work to solve this.

UPDATE - WORK AROUND AS A RESOLUTION to restore printer configuration, and requires a donor computer or Windows 11 Sandbox over Hyper-V local only.

1) Executing the following with windows booted this command to your boot configuration data --> BCDEdit.exe /SET {current} hypervisorlaunchtype Auto

2) Install optional Windows 11 feature Sandbox, then reboot.

3) Launch Windows Sandbox, and within sandbox download and install your required printer or any HP printer from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/printers using the browser found in sandbox.

4) Inside of sandbox, launch the admin utility Print Management.

5) Under the Print Servers tree, right click your server and left click Export printers to a file...

6) Complete the Printer Migration "wizard", and name the export PRINTER_CONFIG.printerExport to the desktop

7) Right click the created file PRINTER_CONFIG.printerExport and left click copy, then paste this same export config file to you local host PC.

😎  8 } On your local host PC, open Printer Management there, right click your server, and select Import printers from a file...

All done if you get a success message, error status ZERO (0) for your printer headaches...

Also notice - Your windows PC with your data WAS NOT erased!! yeah...
