My HP PSC 1350 won't turn off with on/Resume button. No other buttons work either- button for black copy won't change from button for color copy. Front photo memory card port button is on.
No cardinals memory port. Tried reset by unplugging at back then wall waiting 30 sec and plugging back in.
When I open front door cartridges don't slide over to be changed.
Is there another resort option or?

Welcome to the HP support community.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware

Thanks for the reply but I've tried that several times and the printer still will not allow me to turn it off with the button or switch to black copy from color copy. The buttons still don't work and the printer is offline when I try to print to it.
Any other suggestions?
