HP PSC 1350xi
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've owned this HP PSC 1350xi,"All-In-One" for a VERY long time.  I certainly know it's long out-of-warranty & I'm not surprised it's been discontinued.  But I'd like to have it work for a grandchild, so I hooked it up to my PC (Win 10 64) to try to get it running.

I could not find the original software disk that came with it, so I went online & found a product page for it that does NOT include a link to download software and, instead, refers to "Installing Your Printer Driver Using the Windows Built-in Solution".  It shows up as an "HP 1350" among my printers, but it doesn't print.  Maybe (probably) it's the cartridges (I've ordered new ones) or perhaps it's the printhead, but there's no Error Message I see on the printer or on my monitor.  Plus, opening the "Printer" onscreen, I can't find any information about the scanner at all.  All that makes me think more software (drivers?) . . . didn't accept it & reported it as an "invalid serial number".  I unsuccessfully tried several more times, including variations using "O" rather than "0" and "I" rather than "1".  None was accepted. (FWIW, that label shows the SN as "MY37F1D08R").

Hoping to contact a real HP Support person to get help, I also found that I can't get a phone # or email address without a "valid serial number".  So I'm stuck.

Can someone help?
