Product: HP PSC 3522
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I print or copy I get a white sheet, no ink output. I cleaned the print heads, have a new black cartridge, ran diagnostics and print head clean commands, etc.; still nothing. Any ideas? Thank you for taking the time to read this far.
