Microsoft Windows 11

We just got new windows 11 PC for our office and are trying to print our custom size 8x8 pages using our HP pagewide printer.

 

Everything used to work find but now we can't get the custom size page to pull up in adobe reader, chrome, or any other program we try to use to print our pdf.

 

We have enter it into the form and it won't pull up in the drop down. We uninstalled the drivers and the printers and it didn't work.

 

Can anyone offer any help?

Which pagewide printer and which driver are you trying to use. Windows 11 commonly assigns a Microsoft native driver which does not provide support for all functions and page sizes.

SOLVED.

 

Thank you Repairatrooper. We didn't realize it was windows drivers. We downloaded the HP one and now it works.
