Description of the failure:

 

1 - 49 Error Troubleshooting (Persistent)

 

Troubleshooting done:

 

1 - 49.38.07 > Ordered and replaced the eMMC> recieved the incorrect eMMC > ordered the correct eMMC B5L32-60002 >        Still having the 49.38.07

 

2 - Replaced the formatter pca G1W46-67911 formatter pca > same error code of 49.38.07

 

3 - tried several times with different versions of firmware> same issue

 

 

 

Proposed action plan:

 

1 - Using the Preboot menu, run the Skip Disk load feature to prevent third-party applications from loading on the next reboot.

 

Turn the printer off.

 

Turn the printer on and immediately open the PreBoot menu.

 

Open the following menus:

Administrator

Start up options

Select Skip disk load and select OK. The checkbox will indicate that the mode is selected.

Press the back button several times and then select Continue.

Wait for the printer to reboot.

If this clears the error, contact the third-party vendor for a replacement or help in identifying the failure.

If the error persists, continue troubleshooting.
