Product: HP PageWide Managed P77740dn

Hi everyone,

i have HP PageWide Managed P77740dn. There is error code code on blue screen (B8000334). I update firmware by USB but problem still same. I did not understand properly what is the main problem.

This error does not show up in any of my technical documentation. I suggest you open a support case with HP at support.hp.com or contact your vendor for assistance.
