Product: HP PageWide 477dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As the subject says, I have a HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw shows Blue Screen with error code C8190002.

 

I have tried to reset but unplugging for 10 minutes, unplugging all cables (USB) and plugging  back into the wall socket.  

 

The printer goes directly back to this error as soon as it tries to boot up.

 

Any Suggestions?
