P77740z
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have HP PageWide Managed MFP P77740z. (MB part number: A7W93-80153-A, A7W93-60153, (AKL570800389 REV. A))

I believe, it has faulty motherboard - turns on, is trying to load progress bar and shows blue error 8b380001. I can't detect it under network (LAN) or with USB.

What issue it can have?

I believe, it is a firmware issue. Maybe someone could help to reflash the firmware?

Or maybe someone could confirm that motherboard from machine like P77750Z / P77760Z (Motherboard part number: A7W93-67084 A7W93-80153X10) would work with my machine? I saw to buy P77750Z refurbished. Wondering if it will fit to my printer. The motherboards looks the same in pictures...

I can't event find the difference between P77740z and P77750Z.

Thank you for your answers.

Regards.

The mainboards are probably the same, the important part is in the firmware on emmc disc that differences models and their print speed.

I understand. What error code 8b380001 means? I hope my emmc is not broken.
