HP Recommended

We use multiple HP Pagewide Pro MFP 477dw's in the office where I work. Today while in the middle of printing a job, the printer screen turned blue and presented the error message B88B7722. I held in the start button and it rebooted and worked after that, but does anyone know what this error code means? I would like to address it if there is an issue with the printer.

HP Recommended

B8xxxxx errors are a ASIC memory error. The recommended solution is to upgrade the firmware. If that does not resolve the error then you will need to replace the main board.
