 Hi.

 

The set of HP 973X ink cartridge is not working. It appears that they are not compatible with the printer. But in the 973X it's written that it's available for this printer - HP Pagewide Pro MFP 477dw.

 

What can I do?

For what it's worth, I have a PageWide Pro MFP 477dw and I'm using 973X cartridges in all slots. Don't know why it's not working for you, it should!

Where did you buy the printer? Still have the box? Could you possibly have a Latin America coded printer that takes 974?

Check with the Serial# on HP Support.
