Hi,

  My Pagewide Pro 477 has just started randomly rebooting after displaying a blue screen with the power symbol and B83C8390 - Any suggestions gratefully received.  It still prints OK.

Same issue here.  Mine reboots every few hours.  It started after the most recent firmware update that was pushed in the past month.

Mine is running firmware version:  MAVEDWPP1N001.2228B.00

With a built date of 2022-07-06

Hmm - I'll have a look when I get home but as far as I'm aware the printer is not set to auto update.  So for me at least I'm not thinking it's firmware related.

  I have the vaguest recollection that I've had this in the past many years back and some searching found it to be related to the network connection.  I've changed it from wireless to wired but the reboots still happen 😞

I'm on an earlier firmware so I don't think it's firmware related.  Looking at the router logs - my printer looks to be restarting every 2.5hrs +/- 5min.
