HP Photosmart 5520 All in One

Hi i have a photosmart 5520 all in one. Haven't used it in a while, just opened the box again to set up in new place. Turned on fine, so i added new ink cartridges, and then it turned off and back on to a blue screen error with all lights flashing: C4EBA341. I followed other threads for this error but cannot fix the issue because my ink carrier is jammed shut in the far right; no amount of tugging can release it and i'm afraid of breaking it.

Tried the reset thing - doesn't work

Took apart the paper feeder and re-aligned, still having the issue.

Cannot remove ink cartridges to reset because it's fully jammed in the right.

No visble dust or paper in there floating around causing the jam.

Not sure what else i can do to manually release this carrier?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam' Error: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
