Always when i print from pc to Photosmart 5520 it prints blank page with normal print. How can I fix this?.

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Photosmart 5520 Printer is printing blank pages. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Use genuine HP ink cartridges.
  • Allow automatic servicing to complete.
  • Check the paper.
  • Check the print settings.
  • Check ink levels.
  • Replace any low or empty ink cartridges.
  • Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report.
  • Examine the Print Quality Diagnostic report for defects.
  • Make sure the ink cartridges are properly vented and correctly seated.
  • Clean the printhead.
  • Align the Printer.

That solution that was listed did not work either. The printer continues to print blank pages! But as a solution support want us to pay $26.95 for black ink and $24.95 for each one of the color cartridges times 3 equals a total of $98.80 in ink along. But a new printer cost $59.99! Oh yes I'll buy another printer but it won't be an HP printer because it's a crock!
