HP Recommended

OS is Windows11.  Web browser is Microsoft Edge.  

Excel sheets could be printed.  But PDF (Edge and Adobe PDF reader) and word documents can't be printed. Error message can't be appeared on PC or the  printer.  How can I do?

Please install the next driver:

Then restart your computer and then try again to print your documents.

I couldn't install that driver to my laptop again with wi-fi connecting or USB connecting.  What can I do?
