Product: HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer - C311a

HP Photosmart 7510 e printer shows the black ink cartridge as full when I check toner levels, but when I try to print a black and white copy, the page comes through blank.  Even when I print a toner level page, the page that prints shows all of the color levels (yellow, blue, red) including the small black ink cartridge, but the box that is to show the level for the LARGE black ink cartridge is blank, no ink showing.
